Living together, with space of your own

The co-living apartments are designed for two equal tenants. You share a beautiful kitchen and a bright living room, while always having your own bedroom and private bathroom. This way, you enjoy the best of living together without compromising your privacy. Each apartment also features a balcony or loggia and is finished to a high standard, with modern built-in appliances and a premium PVC floor. You share the costs, not your bathroom.

Privacy comes first

You share one apartment, yet have a fully private room with your own bathroom, sometimes en suite, sometimes located off the spacious hallway. This allows you to retreat to your own space whenever you like.

Thoughtfully designed spaces

Every detail of the layout has been carefully considered to make shared living comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious enough to work, relax, or unwind in peace. The shared living area, on the other hand, is perfect for cooking together, dining, or enjoying drinks.

Living together means sharing responsibility

Renting together also means taking responsibility together. If one of you decides to move out, you’ll find a new housemate together. Once a suitable replacement has been found and approved, the lease will be updated. Staying on your own is possible, but only if you can afford the full rent.

Make agreements that work for you
It’s wise to set clear expectations in advance:

  • What will you do if one of you wants to move out?

  • How will you divide the costs?

  • What happens if one of you is temporarily unable to pay?

That way, you can live together with clarity and peace of mind.

The rental agreement

Both tenants are listed on one joint contract. While you can of course transfer your share of the rent individually, both of you remain jointly liable. If one tenant leaves, their name is removed and replaced by the new housemate, provided they meet the income requirements.

Can I afford it?

Each tenant must independently meet the requirement of earning 3.5 times their share of the monthly rent. You can calculate this easily:

  1. Divide the total rent by two.

  2. Multiply your share by 3.5.

This is the minimum gross monthly income required.
