FAQ
The properties will be available for letting in mid-May.
Registration for social housing and mid-market properties opens on 5 May and runs until 12 May! You can register for the available properties via the property finder. Allocations will be announced by 18 May at the latest. After 18 May, you may be able to change your preferences to reflect the properties still available at that time. Private sector properties will be released for letting on 19 May at 12:00.
Properties that become available again during the verification process will first be allocated to reserve candidates. Anyone who has registered and meets the eligibility criteria is automatically a reserve candidate for the properties according to the preferences in your registration.
After the first allocation round, we will attempt on a daily basis to allocate the available properties to candidates who have listed them in their preference list and meet the set requirements. If we are able to allocate a property to you, you will be notified by email.
